Nirmal is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK), a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants and also holds an Auditor’s Licence from the Financial Reporting Council in Mauritius.
He is the audit & assurance partner of UHY Heeralall and also leads the advisory & consulting arm of the firm.
Before setting up his own accountancy practice in 1999, Nirmal was a manager with PwC Mauritius and previously studied and worked for accounting firms in the UK for 10 years. Besides his daughter Divya, he has a passion for swimming, tennis and Man U.

Pravesh is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and a member of the Faculty of Claims. He leads the firm’s Loss Adjustment unit.
Prior to joining UHY Heeralall, Pravesh held managerial positions in the insurance sector and has been involved in the handling of insurance losses for over 15 years.
Pravesh is also a member of the education committee of the Insurance Institute of Mauritius (IIM) and a part time tutor for students sitting for the CII (UK) exams. On his days off, he is a passionate golfer and a keen tennis player. Pravesh is married to Virginie and has two lovely daughters, Tatia and Adele.
